At Kaleidoscope Hair Products, we want you to love your hair journey; however, due to the nature of our beauty and personal care items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
